Starkey have updated their custom style offering which was previously on their Omega AI platform and now available on their Omega AI+ platform. Some of the features below vary based on the custom style choice and technology level.

What’s New

Starkey Omega AI+ introduces several advancements designed to improve speech understanding, connectivity, comfort, and personalization. Some of the features below vary based on the custom style choice. It has an all-new Quad DNN Architecture, which uses four dedicated neural networks optimizing speech understanding; environmental awareness; sound quality; and listening comfort to deliver the optimal listening experience.

Sound Processing

  • ‍G4 Gen AI Neuro Processor Omega AI+ continuously analyzes your listening environment and automatically adjusts to changing situations throughout the day. The technology is designed to enhance speech clarity while reducing distracting background noise, helping conversations remain easier to follow in both quiet and noisy environments. ‍
  • DNN Dual Compressor Industry-first technology that intelligently switches between fast and slow compression to optimize both speech clarity and listening comfort. ‍
  • DNN 360 Directionality At the heart of Omega AI+ is DNN 360, Starkey's enhanced AI-powered directionality system now available in their custom style. Rather than focusing on a single direction, the technology continuously adapts as you move through different listening environments, helping improve speech understanding while maintaining awareness of the sounds around you. ‍
  • Edge Mode Not every listening environment can be predicted. For particularly difficult situations, such as crowded restaurants or noisy events, Edge Mode provides an extra boost in speech clarity on demand. With quick activation through the hearing aids or app and the addition to leave it on all the time, you can keep that additional support when conversations become more challenging.

Rechargeability

  • ‍Rechargeable Convenience Starkey models provide up to 51 hours of battery life on a single charge, helping you enjoy uninterrupted hearing from morning to night.

Bluetooth Connectivity

  • ‍Auracast™ Ready Starkey Omega AI+ supports broadcast audio, allowing you to receive audio broadcasts from compatible public venues such as airports, theaters, fitness centers, and other locations as Auracast becomes more widely available.

Starkey App

My Starkey provides convenient control over hearing aid settings, volume adjustments, program changes, streaming options, hearing aid location tracking, and remote support from hearing care professionals. Starkey continues to add industry-first innovations with their latest Sleep Quality Tracking. After a night’s sleep, you receive a nightly sleep score along with detailed insights on sleep cycles (awake, light, deep) and body position (side or back). You still have the other innovations at your fingertips.
