Black Friday and Cyber Monday are less than a week away. Could this year’s hot deal be over-the-counter hearing aids?
In October the FDA finalized a ruling that now allows hearing aids to be sold over-the-counter. The move is likely to have a big impact on pricing and access for millions of Americans and already several leading brands like Bose, Jabra and Sony have released OTC hearing aids.
You can read our up-to-date OTC tracker here.
OTC hearing aids still aren’t cheap. The average pair is around $800-$1,000 and that got us thinking. Like TVs, blenders and a new pair of boots, hearing aids are sure to see some deals in November.
We’ll use this page to track all the best hearing aid deals for Cyber Monday and Black Friday.
The brands below are already offering some of their best deals of the year. 👇

Lexie B1 Powered By Bose Deal
After years (or decades) of customer requests, Bose finally released a hearing aid. The iconic brand has a proven track record for quality audio products, and these Bose hearing aids are no exception.
This product is on sale for $749 compared (compared to the national average of $4,500).
To achieve this lower price, Bose did two things:
- Bose created a clinically-proven method for hearing aid wearers to program their own devices using a smartphone app. The process cuts out the middle man and saves (quite literally) thousands.
- Bose formed a partnership with Lexie Hearing. Lexie backs up the Bose name with unlimited, lifetime hearing-specialist support.
If you are looking for an affordable hearing aid with a proven brand track record and quality care, Lexie B1 Powered By Bose is among the best.
Overall notes: If you have mild to moderate hearing loss, are comfortable with smartphone tech, and are on a budget, Lexie is one of the most compelling products on the market.

Audicus was one of the first brands to program hearing aids remotely and ship them to your door. When the brand launched nearly 10 years ago, Audicus was dubbed the Warby Parker of hearing aids. They make their service simple to use and offer a range of simple but effective products.
Unlike other over-the-counter style devices like Eargo and Lexie, you do not need to program your own hearing aids. The Audicus team of hearing specialists walks you through an online test or accepts an existing audiogram.
With the results in hand, they program your hearing aids before shipping. This streamlined process saves you time and cuts the cost by about 50%-70% compared to traditional options.
Overall notes: Audicus has more than 7,000 reviews with an impressive average of 4.7 stars. Their customer service and lifetime specialist support are unique to the industry. If you are on a budget and want fully customized hearing aids, Audicus is among the best options available.
Price: Models available, ranging from $499-$899 per ear.
Features: Full range of styles (invisible and behind the ear) and features (Bluetooth and rechargeable)
What audiologists say: “Audicus is a fair option for anyone looking for remote care. The telehealth model helps reduce the final price.” - Jen Anfinson, AuD
