Bluetooth Connectivity
- One of the biggest advantages of Relate 5.0 custom rechargeable is that it brings Universal Connectivity to a custom in-the-ear hearing aid. You can stream phone calls, music, podcasts and other audio directly to the hearing aids using Bluetooth® Classic technology. Hands-free calling is also supported, allowing conversations to flow naturally without needing to hold the phone.

The Hearing Remote app allows you to personalize your preferred choice if you desire a simple app or more sophisticated app with additional customization options. You can adjust settings, personalize listening preferences, find your hearing aids, directly you’re your smartphone.

If hearing aids are recommended, you’ll have access to fixed, transparent pricing ranging from $1,998 to $4,098 per pair, which includes 60 days of follow-up care to help ensure your hearing aids are working well for you. During this time, all appointments are included, and if your hearing aids aren't the right fit, you can return them for a full refund.
After that initial period, you can:
- Continue care through a one year ($500) or three year ($1,250) service package with your provider, or
- Pay as you go for follow-up visits (typically around $100 per appointment)
